In 2020, Justen spearheaded the creation of Orada Tech’s IT services department. By offering IT consultancy and focusing on a broad range of services offered, the team was able to precisely identify the needs of various organizations that they worked with. “Interacting and communicating with business owners and school officials was a great experience because we were not only able to identify their needs, but we were also able to identify certain trends and gaps. This all helped us tailor our offerings to each of our clients more effectively.

By 2021, Orada Tech’s IT division gained reseller authorities and became authorized partners of Dell™, Lenovo™, and Microsoft™ in order to expand the business’s capabilities. “Our expertise and knowledge of device repair in addition to seeing the widespread need for affordable devices with affordable support solutions made the decision to ascertain these authorities a ‘no-brainer,’” explained Justen.
